Sofija este un sat din comuna Augšdaugavas novads, din regiunea statistică Latgale, Letonia. Sofija se află la 97 m altitudine. Cel mai apropiat oraș mare este Daugavpils, la 25 km la sud. Printre obiectivele din împrejurimi: Basilica of the Assumption (27 km), Daugavpils fortress (24 km) și Ss. Boris and Gleb Cathedral (26 km).
